Potion text display doesn't show the half during battle text.
??? uses PR-Hi-Potion on themself! ??? heals 257 HP!
My HP is 429, and that's over 50% because I have r3 Alchemy. I actually healed for 127 HP.

Basically, it shows the full heal output, and not what it should be.
257 is what I would regen from a Pre-Hi during normal battles. I actually healed for 127 during the Stylish PvP, but it told me 257 despite how much it actually healed me for.

Since the game displays healing effects in the log now, the message tied to using the item is redundant and obviously not always reflects what they actually healed, so I just removed them.
