[2.61c2] Yomidori Subtracts Wrong Value

Yomidori, at max rank, appears to be penalizing repeat attackers by 7 hit instead of 10.  To replicate, I had a Prinny, a Specter Knight, and another player try to attack into a Kensei/Kensei with just Yomidori equipped, and no notable equipment on either side.  The debug logs show the -7 penalty:

This remained consistent when tested with spells, other mob types, and whether the attack hit or miss.  I'm unsure if it's using the Rank 2 value of Yomidori, or if some other shenanigans are afoot.

This has been corrected in 2.62.
