Can't Feel the Breeze

From what I've seen, breezecloth tends to not show what it's supposed to do. At least, this has happened to these things and a breezecloth sylph cloak I once owned.

Breezecloth has no effect on non-torso items.

Some item materials do not have effects depending on the type of item they're tied to.

See: Literally only Breezecloth.

I don't think there are .any. wooden armors, so literally all of the wooden gear on a torso... probably nightflower for any wooden accessories/boots/anything.

This is mostly only found in wood because wood can only be used for weapons. Nothing else, and very few select weapons at that.

I mean, cotton, iron, and ash make sense since they're supposed to be regular material with no special properties.
But I don't get breezecloth.
Or why it doesn't say "A type of cloth." when you hover over it.

Might be nice if Breezecloth gave a small Evade boost (2 or 3?) for accessories.

I suggested this a few times a while back, and will continue to do so.

Wind resistance seems more useful, so it gives that now.
