Titan Gale casts from first target instead [2.40] |

The Tactician skill titan gale has become bugged this patch and does not properly cast from the user. If you fire it without anything being in the 6 range line, it fires like normal. When an enemy is in the path though, it uses the first enemy as a cast point instead, completely missing it. The projectile is still active though in this state (If I were to target an enemy at the max 6 range for example, the projectile will instead cast from that instead in the same direction making it hit 7-12 range instead of 1-6). Titan Gale has been working correctly until patch 2.40, so I have a feeling this bug is tied to the emerald talis fix.

The Morgue - Laws End |

The Morgue
A new gang has made itself known in Laws End!
The Morgue is a shadowy organization responsible for the creation of the bar, Sinners Libation. They have recently put out a public call for "Fixers" to come and work for them, carrying out posted jobs and assisting to maintain the agenda of the group.
Not much seems to be outwardly known about them, but they dangle the promise of riches and security behind the offer of the job.
People have stated that since it's establishment, the amount of unexplained, and exceptionally unnerving events in Laws End have been climbing. Everything from people going missing, only to turn up horrifically disfigured, appearing to those with medical knowledge like they'd been picked apart for.. something else, to visitations from shades and other manners of ghastly phantasms.
No true leader can be pinned down for The Morgue, but people speculate that due to the range of influence they've been able to quickly put into effect, that they are far older than they have made known. It seems that the groups offer has begun to spread by rumor to the other mainlands as well.
Be it curiosity, or the desire for money that draws you in, the offer is open to any who would take it...

Formidable [v2.40] |

There's a couple of issues I've found present with the Amalgama skill Formidable.
1) You don't need the full 5 Spirits for it to trigger. (I only had 3 Black Spirits at the time of testing.)
2) While not exactly a bug, I don't imagine it's intended; It doesn't revive you at exactly 50 HP as advertised due to Homunculi Physique reducing the healing you receive. (And while I haven't tested this, I'd wager the Support Spells of Amalgama that heal also do this. I feel they should all disregard this downside for clarity's sake.)
Finally, as a small Balance Fu suggestion, I think the amount of HP it restores should be higher (100-150~) since unlike Phenex now, it applies Badly Beaten and cannot activate while Badly Beaten.

Ultima - Character Height |

Applicable BYOND Key - SSJ3Kamui
Character Name - Ultima
Request Type - Height Size
Request Details - I wish to make my Chimera 8 feet tall base, pre any details like tail length, wing span.
Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - The character concept of 'Ultimate Weapon' which I am trying to apply through the Chimera would be further enhanced by having a large, physical form. Although skinny it further adds to the abomination aspect of a created Tool. Bigger is better for getting tasks job like destruction.
Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - Chimera being a combined effort of multiple DNA and this character in specific having the DNA of everything I can physically put in SL2 mechanics wise, it would make sense for the creature to form to be incredibly large however also equally unstable in terms of body. (Therefor they are considered skinny instead of buff or thick.)

[v2.40] Attune Grudge |

Attune Grudge doesn't seem to be increasing the damage bonus from Black Spirits at all.
I've tested on the test server and saw no difference between before and after reroll. I also made sure I didn't roll attune grudge again.

[v2.40] Half Grudge Claws, half normal claws |

The main hand 'Bare Fist' weapon is properly replaced by 'Grudge Claws', but the subhand 'Bare Fist' weapon remains. This means you can't use grudge claws with mixed martial-arts, and acts a little oddly if your main hand is empty to start with.

[v2.40] Refracting Summon-gates (Mirror Knight bug) |

At the moment, seems like summons from the Errand-Mirror Knight is refracting Titan Gale from players, for some reason. They absorb the projectile then barf it on its natural course.
Things that I don't know yet (thanks to the jolly cooperation in #general), but others may add to:
- If it happens in PvP, with summons like Youkai, Mercenaries or Engie Bots.
- If it treats the projectile as the target's own.
- If it happens from all directions towards the summon.
Afaik I don't remember that happening before, so something may have broken in the update.

On My Mark |

So as it stands currently, Tactician's "On My Mark" passive is currently harmful to its supporting qualities, with the new turn order in effect you are effectively taking the place of your ally and potentially messing up a few of their interactions, dodgy characters have their low defenses made up for by being faster, this can incur certain interactions and/or allow them to have a greater impact on the match.
But when a Tactician steps onto the field, they take that person's turn and force them down a peg below the other team's fastest member, making their initiative practically useless to all but the Tactician, and this can be without their choice too actually since its not like you can agree to give the tactician your turn spot.
Tactician's On My Mark needs a rework to it I feel, in a way that preserves its current intention while also not stealing a turn order slot from your ally unless you were really the fastest, so here is what I propose to fix it:
On My Mark:
--Applies the first order skill you have equipped to all party members at the beginning of the match
--Order skills now last until your ally's next turn
-No longer bumps you up to the front of the turn order
This should help the skill out tremendously while keeping its intentions for the most part, its a technical buff to the skill but not by much in my opinion.
Tactician's supporting qualities could take a looking over in general, but On My Mark really does need to change for support Tacticians to feel like they're not stealing your dodgy ally's spot in the turn order, cause Tacticians really want to make use of those orders.

Pulling your strikes: Why Kid Gloves hold Greatswords |

Boxer has a neat skill. It's called Kid Gloves. It says when I punch the everloving crap out of you, you don't die until I let you.
I think this would be a phenomenal addition to every class. Through the avenue of the Training Talent line. So that every Sensei can whack his student with the beat stick of his choice without accidentally critting the training match to a conclusion.
In summary and more seriously.
1: Remove Kid Gloves from Boxer
2: Put Kid Gloves functionality in the Training talent
3: Everyone will be happy and I will get cake
4: Profit. And cake.

A Critique of the OOC Room |

With the addition of the OOC room, we've finally entered the era of being less OOC in public avenues, which is fantastic, and healthy for any role-playing medium. Players now have a dedicated area in which to go about their nonsenes, and OOC fighting, which means it no longer clogs up areas visually.
However, I think the current OOC room is failing in what it set out to accomplish, and I'll explain why:
Problem 1: Nobody Knows
Those of us who were around the days it was created know well, and fine it exists, and that we should use it for all of our shenanigans. The issue is when newer players join, and isn't told. The only reasonable way for people to find it at the moment, is word of mouth from other players, as the method of actually finding the thing slowly gets further, and further away from us. (See: The update notes it was a part of) It isn't even stated in the rules found upon the game's Wikipedia site either, meaning people might unjustly be punished simply for not knowing better.
Problem 2: Where Is It????
These are the direction we're given in the patch notes:
![[Image: pWrhrFs.png]](https://i.imgur.com/pWrhrFs.png)
This isn't 100% intuitive though, considering we have a multitude of trees in the general area, and while it isn't necessarily hard to find, you might not initially be able to figure out what exactly this is supposed to mean. Here's the back of the Arena's map.
![[Image: fkDwYV5.png]](https://i.imgur.com/fkDwYV5.png)
And for those of you that still don't actually know where the entrance to the OOC room is, it's located here:
The inside of the OOC room doesn't actually have any indication it's a room meant purely for OOC-related activities. This, I feel, is the biggest concern with those who might somehow by the stroke of a miracle stumble upon it by sheer accident. There's no on-screen prompt to tell you everything in there is out of character, and there are even things that might suggest that it isn't supposed to be.
![[Image: mMoNqSi.png]](https://i.imgur.com/mMoNqSi.png)
Problem 3: Nobody Cares
As it stands, we're slowly reaching the point where more, and more people are gathering regardless of the facilities created, as made evident by the pile-incident we had a month or so ago. Amusing at it was at the time, it also proved to be a start-signal to plenty of other times where people do their goonery in public, and if the trend continues, will only lead to further apathy when it comes to the OOC room.
Solutions:
- The rules need to be updated to promote clarity of the necessity, and use of this room. Without it, people are going to be slapped unreasonably by the GMs as has been happening ever since it was included.
- The entrance to the OOC room needs to change. Currently, it's too inconvenient to run to, and too difficult for people without the know to find, making them less likely overall to actually use it in the first place. If I could speak my own preference, there would be no physical entrance at all, and an NPC like Tarson would instead teleport you to the indicated area.
- A notice needs to show upon entering the area to immediately inform you of where you are, and that nothing in that area should, or can be considered in-character.
These are my general solutions to the issues I've presented. If anyone else has suggestions, or criticism, I'd be more than happy to hear.
