  Puppy Problem

An outbreak of three headed dogs seem to be appearing as people's pets, that said, you can capture Fenrirubus and use him as a mercenary, and farm mobs insanely easy with ice tornado, I don't know the reason as to why you can capture them, perhaps they're not marked as bosses or whatever.

Currently the ore nodes only give iron and the odd gem. Could it be changed for them to give Arctic Gold. It fits thematically after all.

  Expanding Builds

The thread title is supposed to be a pun on expanding ice but I'm not very good at it, cutting to the chase, I think that Fox tree skills from Verglas (Icicle Spear, Crawling Spikes and Expanding Ice) should all be considered Aquarian Domain magic, that can be cast with fists, similar to Asura Fist, there are a couple of reasons for this:

-The massive FP costs of these skills can be mitigated by talents and tome pages, to great effect mind you.
-It would allow ice mages to sub-Verglas for the passives its brings, as well as let them cast these spells specifically with a tome (It'd be like old pre-GR days, where these skills solely scaled off of WIL and suited a mage's playstyle anyway)
-Offers almost complete build variety for anyone wishing to use ice as their character's theme, and wants to do so with Verglas.
-If a mage forwent STR and spec'd entirely into WIL, they can't bask in everything MA has to offer either, so it doesn't just make Verglas off the rails good.

For these reasons, I think this could be a good change.

  Final Flare Spell Loss

I don't know if this had already been suggested or not, but I thought I should ask anyway.

Can we have Final Flare only lose your spells during a battle instead of both outside battle and during battle? It's annoying to lose all your spells and have to resteal all of them.

I don't know whether this would belong in suggestions or balance fu, so I decided to be safe and go with the latter. Despite this change not affecting how this skill performs in actual battle.

  Possible Bug w/Expanding Ice in Ice Dungeons

Problem: Expanding Ice (https://sl2.wikia.com/wiki/Expanding_Ice) can be used in Ice Dungeons without player made ice sheets
Why this is a problem: This is a problem because normally, ice needs to be created by the player to be able to be used. Ghost Dogs also produce ice sheets, but do not allow players to utilize them, hence the confusion.
Possible Solution: Allow expanding ice to not affect ice sheets in ice dungeons, OR allow expanding ice to affect Ghost Dog Ice Sheets.

Alright, so. I used Divine Judgment on a character with 45 scaled resistance, 10% light resistance, and 11 faith. We checked the damage they received before and after Divine Judgment, using a Level 60 Izabe's Fairy Lance:

Due to the very small difference in damage, I'm assuming that the only thing Divine Judgment did was temporarily remove his light resistance, thus the bug.

  Neverending Story

Hello. Uh, I noticed that the Neverending Story set has stat/resist boosts for each item, but when I equipped a piece, I noticed that neither my WIL, CEL or Sound Resistance increased. I found that the Tome, at least, is bugged and doesn't apply the appropriate boost.
