Irresistible Damage Now Resisted |

So after the update, damage that could not be resisted (At least on three of my Hexer spells) can now be resisted by NPCs.
Spirit Pain, Earthbound Vengeance and Enma's Summons all deal Dark damage to enemies, and previously couldn't be reduced by resistances.
Now they're being resisted like any other technique lol.

Shine Swords specifically still retain their 'up to 10 wil light damage' text, and on an unrelated note Hippogryph still retains its old damage formula in its skill description for 'Mare Wing'.

arena combatants cannot deal damage when using firthrowers, at all. There's no indication of a miss, or a hit, just an animation.

Vampiric (But not for vampires) |

Vampiric weapons have reduced healing on vampires, this is not a bug, I know that vampires get reduced healing from all sources but life drain and silvermists, this has recently effected one of my builds and I honestly would like this not to change for their theme.
Vampiric is a niche build path but works just as well as any other build when you build for it (Less damage for more sustain)
Is it possible for vampiric to be included in the list for sources that apply full healing to vampires? I know it's not a racial but it feels more fitting, and it doesn't really sound very OP in my opinion.

Aptitude and poison. |

Apparntly the points in Vit you get as bonus stats from Aptitude seem not to count to your max HP. So you get actually less than 10% damage a round.
Tested on a 714 HP character with 49 Aptiude=8points in all stats.
The damage from poison was 64 (tested it with level 30 and 36 poison, just to make sure)
So question is, if this is intended or not. So might not be a bug, but I felt like mentioning it.

Bloodhunt enchanted weapons are very strong due to evade being lower than before and HP being higher, a simple numbers tweak would set this right so that bloodhunt doesn't assure you 100% hit for hitting someone just about once or twice, since HP Varies between squishy characters and other squishy characters, I'd suggest changing it from flat HP missing to percent HP missing so that dodge has a chance vs bloodhunt.
Current: Gain 25% of their missing HP as HIT (equates to 25 hit per 100 HP missing)
What I propose: Gain 1 hit per 1% of the target's missing HP.
