The customers in Oniga, when you double click them, freeze you from doing anything.
Edit: Or at least the one in the top right does. He opens a dialogue box, but for some odd reason it's underneath the map.

Aptitude doesn't apply an EXP bonus at the end of battle.
Tested with 0 apt and 43 apt, no exp difference.

Image linking in new descriptions |

Ahem, sorry I deleted the last thread. I didn't want to look like an idiot for posting something that wasn't actually a bug. As I said in my last report...
So I know there's a check that makes sure images can't be linked to in the new character descriptions, since I tested a simple gyazo after finding this. However, I have found a bypass, as shown here.
![[Image: 64f6fb8ea1ccbfaceb99f91a78919095.png]](https://i.gyazo.com/64f6fb8ea1ccbfaceb99f91a78919095.png)
If the linked image is in GIF format, the image will display, but only as a static image (first frame).
Similarly, I also tested uploading an image without a file extension name (browsers and HTML are smart enough to figure out what the file is) and even tested using Puush on a regular PNG image. All worked.
If this isn't a bug, then I'm not sure why the Gyazo direct links aren't working, when it's the same exact file. I originally found this by saying 'I wonder' and trying to direct link some random gif I found on google, which worked, so I experimented to find all this.
Side note: While it hasn't affected me, my little testing page has caused some of the people I've had look at it to crash. Whether that's from this exploit or simply BYOND failures yet again, I'm not sure.
EDIT: Some time ago, I took that page down. After clearing my cache to see if it would help stop my faceicon crashes, the page began to glitch out for me as well, rather than load correctly like it was doing before. Luckily, I could turn it blank before it became untouchable.

Dagger Dance: Be-GUILE-ingly low numbers. |

EDIT: Nevermind. I'm an idiot. I was using two of the same dagger, and made assumptions based on that.
Basically, Armor applies AFTER the 80% reduction in damage, so unless the full damage very high against a very lightly armored opponent, it'll be craptastic regardless. I was looking at the initial damage, after being affected by armor, and assuming THAT was supposed to be the baseline for the next hit's 20%, despite the potential for the two daggers to be completely different weapons.
This would have become obvious if I had actually just sat down to do some math, but as it was against an arena opponent, I had no way of confirming the armor value, and I just knew something seemed wrong when I saw 33 damage reduced to 2, on two identical daggers. It's not a bug, it's just the fundamentally flawed way the game has always treated DR and Defense (although now it's DR and Armor, since Defense is a percentage reduction now.)
Leaving this here in case anyone makes the same idiot mistake as me. So they can see this and think better of it.

I. I don't think this was a necessary addition to the update. I don't really see a usefulness to this feature, besides not having to trade someone so they can see what your equipment's stats are.
I also know of several people who've also not seen a purpose for this update, and there is a glaring issue that I and most people I've spoken too saw.
People are going to metagame with this.
Referring back to this post; http://neus-projects.net/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1850 As this falls under slight of the same kinda topic.
People can go to see what weapon you're using, to call it that, and ignore whatever name you gave it and are RPing it as, which can easily be solved by correcting them or (if they're a lil bitch) going to a GM, but still.
The second half is with the fighting-side of the server. People are going to metagame what weapons you're using and then set up a system to void out a lot, if not all, of whatever your items do, and hit right at their weaknesses that they don't cover, which is completely unfair, and I don't even PVP.
And yes I know, you could just say in your OOC Notes tab that they're this and that for IC, but you shouldn't really have to do that, either.
So really; suggesting that it get replaced or removed if code allows.

LOOC Toggle |

Since some people keep the OOC off for various reasons, the new Local OOC feature can be easily swept under the rug for a significant amount of players. Considering the intent behind LOOC being implemented, this shouldn't be happening.
Can we grant LOOC its own toggle, separate from OOC?

Battle Victory Screen Alias Bug |

Since this bug is pretty simple (and I don't have the ability to screenshot right at he moment), I'll just explain.
Upon ending the battle, usually it shows your displayed name (Generally your alias) "(Alias) has gained X experience points! (Alias) has gained Y Murai!"
The alias displays properly for the experience points line, but it is replaced with the character's real name in the Murai line.
