If it wasn't caught also, the Youkai menu does this too when you have less than the required M to summon/install them.

Items, Skills, Spells, and Youkai tabs still display when this option is on, and you don't have enough M to use any of the options in them. It still displays as posted above.

What's the list of skills normally look like? Basically, I want a screenshot of all the skills you have equipped when this happens, in the skill list.
