Request Details -  Requesting permission for height of 7'6
Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - Mainly for the RP aspect to fit what the character was made for.
Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - Boniface is an Amalgama that was made in Albedo as requested by a noble who stated they wanted "An intimidating creature that can follow orders, will not talk back and will take care of the ilk when demanded!" and in return Boniface was created. The height was the main intimidating factor to go with the bulk of his form, while his vocals were cut to conform in making that he could not speak and as such gave the requested image of someone intimidating to make most be caught off guard at first glance. The noble was pleased and took Boniface with them. He would work for the noble for a total of five years before the noble met a untimely demise at unknown hands leaving the Amalgama to wonder off since than and seek his own reason since than.


My main request is just for the height, it won't have any extra benefits or anything like that aside from playing off "big intimidating boy grr" sort of sense. I do thank you for your time and consideration on this request.

Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - Solely for that sweet RP, but it makes sense.
Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - Salamandra and almost all other homunculi are made, as such they can be made of any height and proportion, within reason of course. Fumus herself is a Salamandra, and was made by the Flame Badger Company for secretive ops by pretending to be a lost child, as such, she was designed to look young, small, and helpless. Size is important in that purpose, and while she may not do what she was made for, it is why she was made the way she is.

If you have two of the same breed of item (two Quickdraws, two Longswords, etc.) they will count exactly the same for Weapon Sentimentality, despite having different materials, enchants, or weapon parts. To reproduce this, do as follows:

1. Have current weapon in weapon slot with full sentimentality
2. Swap in the same breed of weapon on the equipment screen or on the item belt mid-combat
3. Enjoy having a bloodhunt enchant/extended pole against a dodgy foe or a vorpal enchant/curved pole against a tank as needed.

The sound of barking hounds ring out from amongst the trees, and the sway of lanterns can be found dancing amongst the trees late at night in the forest near Cellsvich, and Fort Arjav. It seems the nighttime watch has been massively strengthened, but only few would know why... One thing is sure however: The Imperial Guard have once more taken to the nearby woods under order of First Squad Eiael Aeyes.

When asked, the guardsmen would almost universally say they were hunting 'Rabid beasts' that had caused a recent attack on forest-goers, but the sheer scale of the operation leaves many questions unanswered. Why are this many guards combing past the trees, and bushes? Are they actually hunting for beasts? Why not just bring in hunters for the job? Why are they avoiding questions about it? Whatever is the case, it seems the long arm of the law is reaching for whatever lurks inside those dark depths...

  Vincent Izumi - Family Curse and Power

Request Details -  Vincent's family lineage is cursed, granting him unnatural affinity for swordsmanship and a reactive power which grants him additional strength at the cost of control, a berserking state that only occurs when his life to be threatened. (Such as through reaction to greater injury or an emotional state.)

Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - Vincent's mother is Sarah Izumi, a past established character of mine (You may know them as Spo as well) who has long gone her fair share of development, and his father is a zeran. I believe this mix of his family's curse, and a zeran's blood results in a bad mixture, potentially giving him an even worse form of his family's curse.

By extension I am also clearing the way for this curse to be clarified, given that I have very old roleplay supporting it, (Related to Pieter events upwards to 5 years ago) this is a good way to get out there some old cringey stuff I used to do and have refined over the years.

Roleplay & Lore supporting your request -

Sarah Izumi and by extension the rest of her family has showcased this curse in the past, on her mother's side for the most part. The curse was inherited in the setting by an ancestor to the Izumi family, back in Gold before its curse ever took place, this ancestor would make a deal with a powerful grimalkin witch, who granted himself and his children unnatural kinship towards mastery of blades, this came at a cost. The 'boon' that was granted also harnessed within each soul to possess it a dark power.

This power would manifest in the user as abrupt surges of strength, causing them to usually lose control in the process of it. The user's hair turns white when this occurs. I say 'usually' as only two members of the Izumi family have been able to control such a state, as it influences the user very heavily, blinding them with rage, both Sarah Izumi and her mother Akiko Izumi (NPC) have been able to master control of such power, allowing them to use it for a situational power boost.

However, Vincent will not be able to control this power, infact it will be much harder for him to than his mother given he has Zeran blood within him, influencing his loss of control with the will to conquer as well. (It should be noted that Vincent is human, his mother being a Shaitan, his father being a Zeran) I wish for this to be the case as well, as I may be able to roleplay something fun for myself during the right moments, eventually he should be able to control such a power as well, but this will not happen without the proper development I assure.

I currently would represent this through roleplay for the most part, but I have situationally prepared a mechanical side of my own too to fulfill the flavor that I like here. Those being Cursed Blood as a trait, as well as Death Knighting as a skill for transformation sake, representing the more 'dark' nature of the power.

Hello one and all, once again do we ring the gong for another round of chaos and death! The hardcore project has been revived and placed under combined management, both hardcore server leaders have come together for round two!

For those that don't know, the hardcore project is a writing exercise that challenges you the player. A rule set is chosen from one of our many features, but there is a few static rules in play when you create your character for this.

Character Ruling

Character Trading: Only allowed to

 trade if it's in character, haggle some of the player themed markets for items.

Leveling:
No leveling can be done out of character. You are to remain in character at all times. Set yourself in a gathering hub, and recruit others like yourself or those willing to assist.

Gameplay Modes: Within the server, you'll notice that we have a new feature from the last run of the project. You'll be able to select three style of hardcore that fit your tastes. Some of us don't enjoy the sudden Grindylow death Sad.

We have some set features in place within the discord, some in which most returning players will remember. A log for your character to write about the day they had, for everyone's viewing pleasure. Assistance from our loved eventmins, to give the hardcore runners something we'd like to call, Growth Events.
These events are made with the ideal to not be as challenging as a event for endgame players. To tell a story, fight evenly matched mobs of both strength and fixed levels, and at the end be rewarded with experience to help push your character in their playthrough.
We've got more to come, but it's best to be experienced by those interested in the project. Come on by and join us!

I'd just like to point out, that this isn't to separate the community with Hardcore versus Regular characters. Honestly speaking, our intent is to create a realism effect on the world, everyone has their super powered adventurers normally.
It is our hope, that this cast of characters under strain of these rule sets and so on, mix with the veteran characters in a way that creates roleplay for us all.
Take a hardcore character under your wing as a mentor, hire them for tasks such as ore collecting. We hope that our lasting projects out there, such as hospitals, traders and even mercenaries, get more function with our characters out and about.

  Aggressive Dungs [2.46]

Well this image explains itself lol.

It spawns two on top of each other. This only happens with the new haunted house dungeons.  The haunted house dungeons also will spawn very, VERY close to others. Like the second image.

  Rogue skill Destiny effects don't properly apply to promos. [V2.46]

Both of these skills gain effects when you have two rogue classes equipped, but they don't seem to be correctly applying unless you specifically use mono base rogue. To clarify, rogue/rogue gets 2x charges per turn with throwing daggers but something like a va/st doesn't. In the case of thorn scratch, damage cap remains 12 instead of the higher 24 with the same conditions. My guess is that the game is checking for a literal double equipped rogue. 

You can replicate this bug by simply checking whether you gain 2 throwing dagger stacks or have the increased thorn scratch damage cap, though I have a test server character already set up if it would help on debugging.

On slots 2 4 and 5 whenever I try to put down furniture into my house, with 2 and 5 being on the first floors, and the fourth being on both it's first and second floors, the furniture just doesn't go down. In all instances I am alone in my character's homes and what's more is that my furniture slots are not full. I can change the tiles and move around existing furniture, but I cannot add anything, even things I remove to see if I can put them back.

Player Profiles
General Adjustments:

  • Added support for using Soundcloud tracks as BGM.
  • After making changes, you are now prompted if you want to save those changes or not when changing examine targets or closing the interface.
  • Left/right arrow keys and mouse wheel can now be used to turn profile pages.
Section Tabs:
  • Appearance has been adjusted.
  • Names of each tab can be customized.
  • Active color, inactive color, and border color can be set for each tab individually.
Control Buttons:
  • Equipment tab is now accessed via one of these buttons.
  • Added a button that edits the current page.
  • Background color, border color, and icon color can be set for each button individually.
Main Text Box:
  • Size is slightly larger.
  • Added a backdrop (can choose flat edges or faded edges).
  • Backdrop can have a 'pattern'/'symbol' displayed with it (based on preset types).
  • Color and opacity of the backdrop and the optional 'symbol' can be set individually. (You can set the opacity to 0 if you do not want the backdrop to be displayed.)
UI Style Sheet:
  • Added an additional style sheet, that optionally lets you customize the appearance of the text displayed in the UI.
  • This includes the tab text, character name, guild name, and guild rank.
