(Gold) Karidan's Events! |

The sands of Gold have stretched across Oniga's horizon for as long as most of it's inhabitants can remember. A unforgiving, brutal wasteland where only the fittest may survive and compassion is far from the norm. A world locked away from the majority, a world locked away from the sanity and reason of law and order.
Yet this desolate place is not always devoid of the touch of those with reason. It is not a secret that supplies and caravans travel between Port Alpha and the main city, carrying goods for barter from various companies across the world. Companies that many adventurers are more than familiar with. A boon for those who live within the walls of the capital... and prey for those who dwell outside of it.
It was across those hot sands where the first tells of disaster struck. A missing caravan. Supplies not arriving to their destination. Easily lost amongst a pile of economic reports spread across a desk. But over time, that pile became larger, and larger. Lost profits, missing goods. It was more than just a freak accident or a simple band of roving thieves. It was consistent enough to be intentional, random enough to be hard to trace. The work of an organized group.. and trained well at what they do. Thoughts of many jumped to Laws End.. but the few rumors that have surfaced from there seem to point that no one knows exactly who's doing this. Only a name.
The Silverfangs
After a time, the word had begun to solidify, and bogeymen in the dark became a real problem. Stella Trading, the Moia Clan, Tsengs, Tamstra Express and countless other smaller organizations had begun to report their losses and formulate a plan to step in and solve it. Fliers have begun to go up all across the civilized lands.. A call to arms. A call to put an end to whoever.. or whatever, was responsible for this.
A plan has been put into motion to try and defend the Caravans from the supposed attackers, but the longer the talks go on.. the more you know-
There is a storm brewing on the horizon.

How to sign up!
DM me at Karidan#4463 and I will put you on the list and we'll work it out from there!
I have spread information throughout the IC world! The groups that know things are mentioned above, and the fact that they might know something is part of the rumors floating around. Feel free to get in contact with them and start investigating!
This event chain goes on outside of the event day as much as it does within.
All discords used with permission, do not abuse it please.
And as with every chain before it. You're free to come to me for investigation, and to run solo if you want.

Reapers (and Apperatus) |

Something that's come up recently is the disparity in power between races. While mechanics and strength aren't necessarily a deciding factor for some players to choose races and some choose them because of their flavor or lore, it is definitely a part of it for a lot of people. There have no doubt been times when people were interested in a race but found out it wasn't 'viable' or it was lackluster and decided to go with something else.
Personally, I have no issue with the current races regarded as strong staying as they are. Rather, the focus should be on improving races already in the game. They don't need to be made meta or reworked, but a little push to make them feel better to play would go a long way.
To that end, my suggestion is this: change the SAN scaling on the Reaper and Apperatus passives to be 4 or 5 SAN per rarity level for the weapon you can use as a casting tool. That way at 40-45 SAN, both races would be able to use 10 star axes/spears.
These two races definitely aren't the worst off, but I feel like it's a change that could easily be made that would make the race feel a lot better to play. I don't see any broken interactions that are suddenly enabled by higher rarities of axes/spears being able to wielded as casting tools for all spells. Instead, it just expands that mechanic and opens up more possibilities to players that have characters with these races.

Forest / Cave |

Decided to once again dedicate myself to the mapping environment to create some more non-town environments for the world, and the result of this was a nice, scenic forest with some waterfalls, a river, and a lake - and a somewhat large cave with multiple areas for people to use for their own RP. Figured it would be nice - and give more environments to the world itself.
There's a limit of 5 attachments per post, so in line I've added two to this one, and the other images will be in the next one. This post has the outside forest area itself, along with the initial bit of cave area when you enter. This central cave area is your gateway to most other parts of the cave.
edit: Huh, if you post twice in a row it attaches your posts together. Neat.
And here's the rest of the cave, which consists of:
- A inside lake for people to gather round if they so choose.
- A small room, which could be used for confrontations or anything else.
- A camp-like inside area. Perhaps abandoned by bandits.
- A chasm. Don't want to fall down there...
- A connecting room. Small transitioning room to connect one place to another.

Link to the files is also here, if needed. This'll update if I change anything randomly and upload it, so the link should be up to date most of the time.

For the Fourth Class for Duelist |

So far, we have two Eastern-inspired classes, and Firebird can be regarded as either Eastern or Western, but we have yet to receive one class that revolves around Longswords or Western Style weapons.
I think we need atleast one more to help go in the inbetween. I'd call this a Swordmaster or a Blademaster.
This class would be very much centric around Western styles of Combat, mostly European Swords. Techniques that a European Bladesman would use, and duel by. Hybridize between Fencing and around using a broadsword and such, maybe the shield also coming into play. Not exactly tanky as soldier, but like, aggressive with your sword more. Making it more... you know. Better with those types of blade and effective as say, a Kensei.
I'd imagine this technique would be something akin to the Beldam Knights style of fighting or the Imperial Guard or something. I mean, I'd imagine the Church Knights n all would use that.

Adaptation could lower momentum costs for swapping a weapon type from your side to your main/off-hand, if not atleast for Demon Hunter as a passive.
LV1 Subtalent = -1M
LV3 Subtalent = -2M
LV5 Subtalent = -3M

So, call me crazy, not everyone uses the special chat tab that is open on game start, but due to how it interacts with the game, you have to have it open when you load a character before you can switch to all tab, as in my experience this causes chat to still register as the primary tab and absorb text into it, and I just want to be able to not have to switch to all tab everytime i load the game is all, simply put.
Can we get an option to disable this tab to just cut out the middleman?

Null Rune and Razor Rune |

Alright, I kind of saw the problem now after using RM for a bit-- Yes, shut up I deleted the other because it was indeed a kneejerk, despite the fact its true that they can dish out this much damage so easily. But I have identified the problem.
Null Rune!
Now you ask me why Chrono Rune should not receive the same treatment? Because that's the right way to play the damn videogame. With Chrono Rune you basically doomed your Rune, it will explode after 4 rounds. All that momentum investment will be gone forever into a blaze of glory, and this feels more like it for the whole shmuck of Rune Magician.
Null Rune locking and turning your arcane sigil into an eternal 120 damage-every-time-it-moves-a-square? Not cool.
Therefore, on this premise. I think Null Rune should reduce a Rune's damage by 75% when attached to it, but also make it invulnerable to being destroyed by basic attacks, for a fair exchange. This way you can try to make runes become more like traps or zoning tools rather than damaging tools.

Delete both Bullet Shred and Bullet Spread skills and give Turrets the following:
- Covering Fire (from Magic Gunner)
- Double Dao that does pierce damage only and ignores Armor.
That's the last thread on Turrets that I'll ever need to make if they get changed like this. Please, Dev, I'm desperate enough for change to the point of just begging you now.
They're honestly pathetic, boring and extremely unreliable compared to Metalaegis and Railgan because of its small range of effect, low damage skills and COOLDOWNS, added to the lack of FP to even sustain their own DPS. There's no way to fix this, and buffing Bullet Shred/Bullet Spread will not make them any better in my opinion.
