The 'Ya-ha!' that occasionally triggers on the swordfish sword doesn't work with Madness line of traits. I think, personally, that it would be an absolutely hilarious interaction to have.
Can we please make weapon-text-prompts trigger Madness Mantra?

As it stands, and from personal experience trying to get one for my current build, this item is wholly forgotten and never used. For a glove slot, which could take the place of another weapon or something amazing like Bloody Palms, it giving a measly +2 Power to back attacks and +10% critical damage is next to nothing as it stands.
So, as per the recent updates to old items to give them Plus versions, why not offer one for our poor Rogue’s Work Gloves?
Quote:+2 Power to back attacks > +5 Power to attacks not from the front
+10% critical damage > +15-20% critical damage (flexible on this one)
+2 SKI, or +2 GUI
I personally feel like this hand slot can be a tiny bit of a waste, so let’s give it a bump that it deserves to see regular use.

I'm going to be addressing some issues with Boxer currently that could be improved upon hopefully, the class is super fun to play and has been the ire of balance over the last couple of years, given its more than balanced state I thought this would be a good time to finally propose some ideas to make it less clunky:
The issue with Diagonals:
Often enough you'll run into issues with trying to run a Boxer right now where you have a very apparent dead zone that people can abuse very well, given that a majority of your kit is melee range it majorly breaks your tempo to have your opponent caught in that dead zone, that dead zone being illustrated here:

A lot of people are in full knowledge of this dead zone and will zone the boxer by ironically standing as close as possible to them at the immediate diagonal, the areas marked in red are areas the boxer cannot actually attack you in, Korkenzier can reach the outer area of this dead zone but will not give you any advantage for doing so, but even with that Korkenzier cannot actually target the inner area of this dead zone, so smarter players will abuse that part anyways for assured safety.
With no low momentum skills to abuse by crane hop like Verglas can, and the drawback of breaking your momentum as a boxer to actually move without geist schritt. This can be exceedingly frustrating to face against for any boxer, making it so that Geist Schritt is only ever the most useful when used by anyone with ranged attacks like magic or guns.
I want to suggest that Geist Schritt be changed to a 1-6 Line instead of a 3-6 Line, a little while back Winged Serpent was changed from a 2-8 Line to a 1-6 Line which allowed it to get some new functionality when faced with people hugging its diagonal.
With the existence of skills like Falcon Strike and winged serpent, this seems only fair for Boxers to have now.
Skill Points and skill slots:
Boxer has a LOT of skills at its disposal, but each of them are very costly both FP and SP wise, not only this but all 5 of its passives which may or may not be useful to certain builds do not have an additional rank which makes them cost no skill slots, these skills are:
-Weir Kounen (Stand off is a mirror skill which has an additional rank)
-Kid Gloves (Niche skill, actually has a use outside of horsing around for one specific purpose, titan gale.)
Gotthand, Nachbeben and Muuden both have their own very useful properties so I won't include them.
There is also 79 total skill points to spend in Boxer, many of the skills that are either necessary or majorly beneficial to have seem a lot like SP dumps to a boxer build, basically making destiny boxer the only viable boxer if you're looking to use more than 2 of its offensive skills.
Skills that could probably do with needing only 1 or 3 ranks instead of 3/5:
-Schwarz Sturm, this passive is just not that good if its not maxed out, making it an SP dump as it is essentially a requirement for boxer
-all 3 Geist Schritts
-Nachbeben
-Fighting Pace
Everything else in Boxer probably wouldn't need to be touched if these skills were only 1 rank, given pretty much everything else has a larger benefit for actually ranking it.
I'm thankful for the previous QoL change for Sturm levels depleting when other actions are used, I just thought I might propose some issues myself and other people have with Boxer atm.

A rather recent-ish practice, is to invade GM-Help and ask the staff for a change of name. Something we've prior acomplished via mere playby change and change of Alias.
To my knowledge, this is never denied.
How about we get the option somewhere in game, for some set fee, to change the name ourselves?
But Sarin, what if someone intends to be malicious with this?
Mayhap we could have a log for staff to see X name (key.slot#) changed to Y name. But, as far as average player is concerned?
Again, can change playby, change alias, and players are none the wiser.
I imagine it would make it much easier not only for players, but mainly for our GMs to have something like that mechanicaly avaible.

Carteblanche as tome isn't anything out of the ordinary power or scaling wise, its even on the weaker end of things.
For that Carteblanche has a gimmick, to make you Airborne when you step on Ice tiles, and a special snowflake AoE basic attack which is nice! But thats mostly just meme potential as tomes ain't good for basic attacks in general.
The Issue I have however, with this tome, is that the Airborne niche is not done well. Like its not Momentum Efficient which in my opinion ruins the whole point of running this tome. The reason for that is the condition for when you actually go airborne, you have to move (3M) onto one Ice tiles, or pass it. That means there are dozens of better options that make you not go out of your way(You do not really use "move" as a mage 9/10), get airborne for just 1M or well...Just not use the fun gimmick.
So I would like to suggest a Change on the condition on when you get Airborne, that being simply standing (And not only on turn end, basically whenever you stand on Ice, you are flying) on a Ice tile. This allows to actually make Combos Like Fumiga->Basic attack. Which still is just making it gimmickly and not overpowered. But atleast the gimmick works.
I think the conditions and the use of one of your weapon slots are well worth that trade off.
Tl;dr
Make my Snow Angel dreams come true.

Big Books are 10 Pages.
This is lovely. Fine. Of course! However, why not give us bigger book? I've come here to suggest a mere two things.
One: New Tiers of books, or even a single book that goes up to 20 Pages.
Two: Increase the page limit since books can get pretty wacky at times when accounting for HTML. Probably from 1000 Characters to 2000 Characters would be a great fresh breath of air.

Inspiration Tournament
Fliers have been spread around Cellsvich and other Sigroganan cities advertising a tournament of battle. Teams of two are invited to participate in a single elimination bracket tournament at the Awateru Estate west of Cellsvich. The prize pool is advertised at one hundred asagos per participant on the winning team and an extra pot of one hundred asagos for someone to commit to some feat that impresses the benefactor of the tournament, Hatsune Awateru. Dullahan and Liches are requested to not join this tournament.
All healing is allowed. Potions and mercana (up to the user's willingness).
Singular duels may be called in favor of one side or the other if time becomes a limiting factor and delaying is the only tactic one side has.
(Location: West Cellsvich District)
(Time: 5 PM Central Timezone on Friday the 31st of January)
(For time's sake, turn timers will be set to 1 minute if more than 14 participants show up, 3 minutes otherwise. You can post while the other three people take their turns)
