Katana Master should probably have a check that updates the buff every round to fix a small oversight that's thanks to how battles work. The condition "At the start of the battle, [...]" does not count if you join after a battle starts. (Making cases where you're trying to rescue a friend inside a BDP quite unfortunate, as you'll be severely weakened.)

So I suggest this being changed to "Every round, if you have only Katana weapons equipped."

Furthermore, I'd like it to rival Vent Petale, for being so restrictive as said over and over on another thread. Can the buff double the stat bonuses to Peerless? (Effectively making Katana Master also grant +3 STR/SKI while active.), and also reduce the cost of Sheath Sword to 1M?

These two spells recently introduced are really really strong, and even though they cost HP they can be abused to drastically change fights, I'd like their power to remain overall high because of the HP costs but I do think they could make do with some limitations.

Scarlet Twister is really REALLY strong, while I understand the cost behind the skill, when used too often in conjunction with a team it can be mighty destructive really fast, or even cinders (similar to old Orkam Drehen).

I think this spell should have a 3 round cooldown instead so that it can remain strong without being too overbearing.


Blood Spike is a lot less overbearing, it doesn't have a strong effect like an up to 12 tile pull and circle size, but its scaling is too much for stats so easy to get, I'd like to see it have less scaling than scarlet twister in proportion to the lesser HP cost, since sacrificing 5% HP for a scaling better than most invocations right now. For reference, Divine Shower costs 9m but scales 100% SWA 170% Light ATK and is technically the highest scaling invocation, while Blood Spike scales 100% SWA 115% Ice and Water ATK together, combined for essentially 230% elemental atk.

I think Blood Spike could make do with 100% SWA and 80% Ice and Water ATK, since these skills apply claret call so many times I still see them being very useful regardless of their scaling, also 80/80 scaling will still hit really hard.

Cut down apparently doesn't cut down but instead, increase the target's phy/mag reduction. It does the complete opposite, lol

When you clear a floor in a dungeon, the overlay informing you of it will be beneath the end of battle screen.

When performing wild ride with a weapon mutated into a gun, the skill will go off, riding the enemy but will make no attacks at all.

Corbies get Gain Air.

Hyattrs get Dragon Hover.

But Phenexes stay in the ground, or at least mechanically. Could Phenex get a flying skill like the other winged races? It does seem a bit strange (in my opinion) that it's the only one out of the winged trio that can't mechanically fly. As far as balance is concerned, it shouldn't make them catastrophically strong either.

The new 10* tome coastal squall has the description of the other 10* fan tome desert wind
