Have you ever idled in some god forsaken corner of the map where no one ever goes to RP somewhere new for a change?
Then had people bolt past you before you could even react, or even knew they were there because you were alt-tabbed waiting for hours for anything to happen?
Or even if you just have a character whose standing watch of an area, like say, an Onigan Guard standing patrol at the gates.
People have a tendency to run past everyone they see outside of 'normal' RP areas (Cellsvich, the Arena, Fort Arjav's Lobby, etc), so this kills a lot of opportunities to RP in other areas without having to organize it beforehand.
Obviously since people are allowed to go OOC at a whim and travel as they'd like, this suggestion wouldn't totally mirror Spires' similar mechanic. Instead it'd be nice to have something that pinged you when other players moved within a certain radius of your character, though this doesn't do much to help when players plan to yakety-sax their way across your screen in the time it takes for your brain to register the ping on SL2 and to actually tab into it.
Perhaps just a message to a player that caused a ping that X is watching them? Or something along those lines.

Freaking formation! |

Frigid formation looks on paper really strong with it's high ice atk scaling, but in reality it is lacking alot considering the set up it requires/FP cost/3 CD.
No one is really going to stay in your formation tiles, which you could have just aswell used to help your allies. And for that the damage ain't bigger as other set ups that require less.
So I was thinking that it might, for the times you actually manage to pull it off...How about it also grants Frozen, for 2 rounds, if the enemy was splashed before? That could make it much more useful and worth picking up. OR actually grand something like Ice weakness 6%*rank for 3 rounds?
Currently it just feels lackluster, and not really combos into their own stuff like other tactician spells do or into anything at all for that matter.

Okay, so from a personal point of view, as a Kinu fanboy. Hellhound Hariga is one of my favorite skills in SL2. Yet, it's not exactly anything particularly special. In fact, we can replicate it with hellhound QDs and akimbo (akimbo sucks!)
So, what this suggestion is for. Simply because Desperado (albeit amazing) has uhhh 2 useful skills in total for people who aren't using shotguns.
Can we please get hellhound hariga added to DH. As far as DH goes, it's not the most impressive skill, any Desperado worth their salt should be able to replicate firing a wad of bullet rapidly, which is what they already do with lead storm and wild ride (if using multiple shot guns) And since gun damage right now is borderline the worst, I think it'd be an interesting edition.
I'm open to others suggesting the balance for this particular skill, but I'll throw down my own numbers:
level 1: 30 FP (70% swa, 70% fire atk)
Level 2: 27 FP (80% swa, 80% fire atk)
level 3: 25 FP (90% swa, 90% fire atk)
level 4: 22 FP (100% swa/fire atk)
Level5: 20 FP (110% swa/fire atk)
Any other suggestions or arguments for this?

Pocket Sand Cooldown |

The title basically states it.
Can Pocket Sand please have a cooldown instead of being only once per match? There are other moves such as Altera in Lantern Bearer (AoE) and Sun Flare in Monk (Map-Wide: Auto blind in 1 range) that can be spammed over and over while affecting more than one opponent.
I would suggest a 3-5 round cooldown since it is auto-blind.
If a cooldown isn't possible, another suggestion I have is to spend 3M to 'reload' your pockets with dirt instead of sand, then another 3M to use the skill once again.

Byakko's Meow and Paw Poke |

A level 60 Byakko's roar currently only gives 2 STR despite his effect stating the formula is 2 STR (+1 per 5 Byakko's Levels).
Also, the duration stays at 3 rounds instead of 3 (+1 round per 10 Byakko Levels).
His thunder claw seems to be bugged, too. I only did 50 lightning damage on Prinny with him being at level 60, and my STR being 67.

1.99
- Multiple crafting has been added; you can now queue up to 100 crafts of a single item when crafting. However, all crafting recipes now require 1 Physical Stamina to complete, so there is a limit there as well.
- Wash added to Professor Pink's Tower.
- Winged Spearstrike; Durability reduction changed to -2 (from -6).
- When targetting a skill, if you cancel the targetting, you will reset back to the direction you were originally facing before targetting.
- Maxmimum yield for alchemy plants changed to 2 (from 4).
- Dungeon generation change; when generating new dungeons, the level of the dungeons will be based on the lowest and highest level of all player characters in the game. (Before, it was a random level between 1 and 60, but this change should help make sure the dungeons generated are more suited to whoever is currently active in game.)
- Fray and Revile Fray now have a new animation.
- Vydel no longer gains Charge Mind and Greaper bonuses when cast by Tarnada.
- Tarnada is now a valid casting tool for Vydel.
- Curate's Pray; Divine Lightning bonus damage changed to Rank*15 (from Rank*5). Shine Knight bonus summon level changed to Rank*12 (from Rank*10). Max FP restore changed to Rank*10 (from Rank*6).
- Monk's Kadouha; Base SWA and EATK scaling increased to 120% (from 100%). If Ki Awoken is active, the skill will no longer consume Ki (but will still get benefits as if it did).
- Curate's Invigoration and Quickness; now Enchant category.
* Bug Report
- There were a few issues with Elite Engine.
- Gravity Lock's special status wasn't applying.
- Quicksand can no longer deal damage or inflict Immobilize on defeated units.
- Void Refraction wasn't causing the original projectile to vanish after entering the portal.

Uranus and Pluto |

I think it'd be neat if light and dark got their respective enchants through badges and/or mages enchanting skills. Their weaknesses would obviously be each other and it pretty much works the same way as every other element does.
Uranus as a badge would grant +1 Faith +1 Will and as an enchant +11 Light Attack +4 Faith/Will
Pluto on the other hand would receive +1 Res +1 Will and as an enchant +11 Dark Attack +4 Res/Will
Skill effects when enchanted are pretty obvious too. Uranus would create sanctuary tiles (or light shafts) when attacking or using skills such as sidecut.
Pluto would create dark water tiles when attacking or using skills.

Dark Shield after battle |

Can we have Darkshield, the active part, maybe last after battle?
Its mostly for dungeons really, to have function it like Astralbelt already does. They are technically around the same tier of power aswell just for different damage types. Means you do not have to constantly rebuff yourself during a dungeon run where you run into danger of being back attacked by a crazy special squad. (Yes, this is sort of an salt thread because that happend!).
I do not think it would be too much considering skills like Astralbelt/ice point guard do that already and they are roughly the same tier/type of skills. Also cause Void does not fade this quickly.
