This thread is for posting items for donation items you would like to see. If you see an idea you like, show your support for it! I will consider all ideas, but ideas with a lot of support behind them are much more likely to be added.

This is a new topic for Lore Questions because the old one was about 26 pages. The format is roughly the same, but some guidelines;

1) Try and format your questions appropriately. As in, make it easy to read and answer.
2) Try and limit the number of questions you ask per thread. I don't mind answering them, but don't get crazy and ask me 20 things, especially if they require detailed answers.
3) Try to avoid asking extremely specific questions, such as 'Did anyone ever die of food poisoning in Cellsvich?'. Answering these is difficult, because not everything is set in stone, so giving a definitive answer on it not only restricts me in the future, but it might influence other players' character concepts that involve it.

That said, if you have any questions, you can post them in this thread! I will post answers at the end of the month/start of the next one.

Since it seems increasingly popular for people to make unban request topics, I've made this forum that purpose. If you've been banned from one of our games, you may post a request for unban here. It will be reviewed by our administrators, but posting here is definitely not a sure fire way to get unbanned. More likely than not, your ban will remain instated, however, this is a venue for you. When posting here, however, you must observe several guidelines or your request will be denied and you will not get a chance to restate your case.

When making a post, please include the following. In fact, you can even copy/paste this and use it as a template. In fact, you are required to copy and paste and use this template, or face immediate deletion of your post. We will not be unbanning people from games that are hosted by individuals; if you are banned on someone's private Mitadake High or Witches' Chess server, deal with it. (Any official server is a different story, though).

This is an archive of lore questions. What are lore questions? Just a read a topic and it should be pretty clear.

This is an In-Character forum for the laplaceNET system that you see in-game. You can use this forum as a way to do player requests, or post as if your characters in-game were using a forum; albeit with a few rules.

1) No images or smilies. laplaceNET is more akin to something like a telnet BBS, and it likely doesn't support images. It certainly doesn't have any interface or code for its users to use them, nor would the users have any idea how to store them or edit them or anything like that.
2) No real life net lingo. I don't want to see characters rofling about how someone is a noob for not knowing something, or asking that catgirl her a/s/l. This is your opportunity to reimagine a limited 'internet' in a much more fantastical setting than the real world. Be creative.
3) You should probably tag the top of your posts as From: yourusernamehere @ l-net.grm, for clarity, and because it's a good idea. You are only permitted to use the l-net handle you have in-game and you should not try to impersonate others' handles, unless you want to feel my wrath.
4) Other general roleplaying rules apply.

This is the Submissions forum. If you're created assets for the game, such as enemy or item icons, music, or anything really, you can post it here. Here are some basic guidelines for what I'm looking for in a submission.

1) Please make sure the icons you submit are original work or so heavily modified that they might as well be. You can also submit free/open-use graphics. Things I don't want to see are, for example, Suikoden 2's tileset, or Oath to Felghana's enemy sprites, because if the copyright owner complained to me about their use, I'd have to remove them. Which is a bad thing.
2) Quality is important. Submitted things will probably only be used if they're appealing to look/etc at, so try and put forth your best effort.
3) Please do not ask me if or when I will be using something you submitted. I use submitted assets as I find uses for them, so it's normal for your submissions to not show up in-game for a little while.
4) If you'd like to be rewarded for your work, please include your BYOND Key. Rewards will probably come in the form of Asagorians. Note that you're not guaranteed to get anything, but you probably will. If you can't donate to get Asagorians normally, but have some artistic talent, this is a good way to get them!

This is a place for any discussion about the game applying to anything that doesn't quite fit in the other forums. For example, don't post bug reports here. Post them in the Bug Reports forum. Don't post suggestions here; post them in suggestions. Etc. Other than that, it can be anything related to the game, so if it doesn't fit the criteria of the other forums, it probably goes here.

As always, be respectful, etc.

Since suggestions was often clogged with numerous topics whini... I mean discussing balance, I decided to make its own forum for it. So, here it is. Please follow these guidelines if you're going to post here;

1) If posting a topic, it might be best to put what it's about in brackets. Some people like to make 'funny' names for their topics, which is fine, but makes it hard to determine what it's actually about. So for example, I'd suggest something like '[Kensei] Ken-you-sei "Broken"?'. If you really have to.
2) If you disagree with someone, please do so respectfully. If you start calling each other names or pulling hair, I tend to discount your input on the subject entirely, even if you had a good point (as I stop reading before you make it).
3) Note that anything discussed in these forums is not guaranteed to change, although I will take well made arguments into consideration.

This forum has a few differences from the old one. First of all, it's in its own forum instead of lumped together with suggestions. Second of all, topics can now be marked as 'solved' or 'unsolved'. If a topic is 'Solved', it will have a green checkmark next to it, like this topic. Unsolved topics mean the bug has not been fixed (and the forum makes it much easier to find unsolved bugs). So here's the way it works now;

1) You post a bug, being as descriptive as possible. Especially important is whether or not the bug can be reproduced 100% of the time or not.
2) I come along and fix the bug, and mark your topic as Solved. Alternatively, someone informs you that it isn't a bug, and you mark it as Solved yourself.
3) If, for some reason, your bug wasn't actually fixed, you can mark it as Unsolved and bump it with new details. Repeat until it's finally fixed.

Also, extremely important; If I mark your topic as solved, and the game has not updated since, it means the bug IS NOT FIXED YET BUT WILL BE. It won't be fixed the minute I respond saying it's fixed; I have to upload a new version for that, and that usually means the weekly update. So verify that the game version number on the hub when you post the game is different before you run back here and tell me it isn't fixed yet. Got it? Good.

To toggle the Solved/Unsolved status of your post, there is a green checkmark button next to the Edit/etc buttons. Just use that.
