Character Name - Miyako Cyre

Request Type - Noble House Member

Request Details -  I wish to create a character belonging to one of the Onigan Noble Houses, House Cyre specifically.

Reason why you are making this request (if applicable) - I'm making this request because I want to add some spice and variety into the world of SL2.  Lore wise, House Cyre is a large reason why Oniga is able to stay standing, what with their reliance on import and trading with the other nations of the Great Six.  Having a character such as this could help open up new roleplay opportunities between players, while also providing future plotlines that may require eventmin support.

Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - House Cyre itself is composed of foreigners as well as Onigans, many of which are sailors, merchants, or traders.  While many of Cyre's members are merchants, they require people to fulfill orders and do manual labor, which is where the hiring of mercenaries and adventurers come into play.  What I would like to do is play a character whose father is a Merchant member of House Cyre.  They have chosen to take things into their own hands rather than sit and make deals and hire others to do work for them, so they will venture into Sigrogana and the other lands meeting people, making connections, and opening up future deals for House Cyre to profit from.  Similar to House Cyre's ideals, my character is ambitious and will look to create mutual agreements among the merchant and mercenary playerbase in order to get even more inter-faction roleplay going.  As time goes on, it's likely they will come into conflict with other players and factions, creating further opportunities for not only myself but others.

A third class everyone gets and is locked into.

The Point: I think some classes have features they lack really and having a free class around would reduce the skill point tax on certain things.

What it's designed to help. Kensei god do they need this or something like it.

Leap 1M: Gain airborn 3 turn cooldown

Sometimes you just need to be airborn

Relief. 1M reduce poison level by half 10 turn CD

Roll into it 1M if you would be knocked down you instead move one space away and are stood back up,

I think you get the idea. these skills are not learned untill you invest the maximum number of points in them )for example 3 skill ranks just to learn leap) 

and the max level i n the general skills class would be maybe 10 at most so spend those skill points wisely.

The Touyaa Shuriken's potential, Snowflake, isn't working quite right.

First of all, the targeting diamond has to have an enemy or ally in one of the tiles displayed for you to be able to use the skill. Otherwise, you cannot use it.

Second, instead of covering all tiles shown in blue with ice, it's only the centre tile.

Third, which might not be a bug, it's three momentum to use, which is odd since Ninshi and Paragi shuriken potentials are one momentum to use for their relatively minor effects.

Can update with pictures if necessary. Tested with an unenchanted Touyaa shuriken.

- I wish to be able to play the Commander of Alstalsian Guard Force.

- I wish to be able to write some lore tidbits about the new guard force, such as the ranks and what they're generally about.

- I wish to be able to offer orders or suggestions as a leading figure in the Alstalsian guard force.

Reason why you are making this request (If applicable) - Alstalsia's current Commander has stepped down due to IC reasons/events.

Roleplay & Lore supporting your request - As one of the Adjudicators that were present at the Godly Stage, and how the Arbiter Kraus fell from his seat in the figurative terms, Lovino would have vowed to try and make things better for the continent as a whole. Not just as a past guard of sorts, but as a figure that could help with political sides of things.

His own wants aside, he has had enough training to understand how to command and advise others, especially those of his own race. His want to watch Alstalsia flourish is large, and his need to see people get past their mistakes is personal. As a zeran whose age is in his fifties now, he's gone through many a hardship, and wishes to help others get past their own, large or small. Acting as a mentor, more than a force of immense pride and arrogance.

On the OOC side of things, I asked a GM if I should make an application. I was told it was probably a good idea- and besides that, I'd been wanting to help with Alstalsia for awhile. I want to help manage that side of things, even if it won't get as much popularity or trouble as, say Sigrogana. I don't plan on being active on this character all the time, in fact he'd be restricted to Alstalsia unless something dire would happen.

This character, Lovino, has been a rather old character. Ranging back to Pre-GR, I feel like he might fit an older, wiser sort of character for this type of role.
