Like the old chat can we have LOOC as an option on the top bar so that we can disable OOC but keep LOOC on, this would be incredibly convenient.

State of Voilegard
This thread will be used to post notice on Voilegard's current status, important figures/groups in Voilegard, etc.
Current Village Policies: http://pastebin.com/DWMw2MRL
Town Status: Voilegard continues to steadily rise in both economy and general villager content, with most villagers agreeing that keeping Voilegard quiet and rural is certainly the way to go. The militia is, unfortunately, still scarce, and no new Militia Captain has been named since the heroic fall of Ser Joshua Jonas, former Militia Captain.
The Mayor has been making strides in implementing Voilegard's renovation: the Salamander Structure is expanding in Voilegard, streets will get a much needed lift and refinement, and more housing and places of business are also to be built. All of this is due to the continued efforts of the villagers and farmers who continue to support Voilegard's proliferation throughout the long weeks, months, and years.
A Mage's Guild is also said to be coming to Voilegard, although these are presently just rumors and has not been publicly confirmed by the Mayor. A Mage's Guild being established in Voilegard is certainly no small feat, and some think it has to do with the somewhat recent terrorist attack of Black Falcon on the small village, as well as the increasing boom in agriculture production that Voilegard provides the Great Six. Some may even speculate that Karaten might have an increasing interest in the Darkwood Manor, although this seems unlikely due to the state of Darkwood at the moment compared to it in the past.
Suffice to say, the Mayor has plans in the works...
Current Mayor: Liliana Lacoste
Militia Captain: Vacant
Militia Lieutenant: Ser Hanako
Town Apothecary: Esrose Rios ('Ess')
Los Cazadores are also informally part of the Voilegard Militia, but they are primarily in charge of protecting people from the Darkwood Manor. They do not take orders from the Militia or the Mayor unless it has to do with the Darkwood Manor or Voilegard itself.
The status of the Darkwood Manor is: SEVERELY BARRED. (IC ONLY, NOT OOCLY) Those magically attuned or that are Zerans can sense a magical barrier of sorts surrounding the manor as well. It seems to be spiritually enforced, keeping whatever ilk in, though not necessarily keeping others out.
Local Job Opportunities
Agriculturalist (1): Manages and handles all farmer needs and keeps a financial tally of how much has been harvested and sold to the Empire for profit. Reports directly to the Mayor and is given room, board, and meals. Is expected to keep track of all these finances and, if ever necessary, other duties as assigned.
Militia: Currently not recruiting until a new militia captain is named.

Grab the Matador by the horns |

Matador has been a problem since a while now, it deals a lot of unresistable damage and with now a chance to add 30 Dark weakness, a Retaliate can deal easily 500+(with spirit) damage in certain cases while needing not a single point stat investments, you can just go 100% tank for it.
I do not want to entirely gimp it though, just add a certain weakness I believe it should have, its ranged power:
Stampede
Currenty it only removes 5 rage energy per step, Thats the same amount it removed back then when it went agaisnt defenses and was fair then, to not make the damage absolutely laughable. Now though even in a 10 tile range, this is a nuke that even deals massive cursed wounds, easily dealing 300+ damage while being a deadly mobile skill (pretty sure also not stopped by Immobilized), that can then be used to follow up with a second nuke if you are funny. People really do not care about the 50ish damage they lose in 10 tiles.
I want to purpose that either that gets changed to
A.) 25-30 rage energy per step, so taking distance is a viable counter measure. Making the matador, either move first, or gimp his damage by a meaningful amount.
Or
B.) remove the interaction of a spirit with matador to raise its rage energy to 400.
Though I rather have A, cause B comes with a weakness and it need to be charged to that level aswell, which can be fun and feels more fair. Also less braindead and rewardign for the person not taking the horns from pointblack.

Counter-Edge |

As a passive that also requires a skill slot. Counter-Edge has rarely seen the light of day in a class that is extremely SP intensive and requires 5 SP for its full effects.
Would it be too much to ask if Counter-Edge was changed to the following?
Counter-Edge (3 SP)
Rank 1 - Bonus Damage: 10%
Rank 2 - Bonus Damage: 15%
Rank 3 - Bonus Damage: 20%
The intention is that Riposte would do 70% damage and Sheath Sword would do 120% of the usual damage while also reducing the total SP cost. (Or keeping the 5 SP Total)
My reasoning behind this change is that Counter-Edge is rarely ever worth it due to the SP cost and minor effect overall. (Only +25 damage to Riposte/Sheath Sword at max rank.) But the thematic of running a counter focused character would be an appealing one if it was more viable.
