Recently, a new building was created in the west district of Cellsvich. It appeared to be of religious design. While there were still workers moving in and out of the area, the entire first floor appeared finished. Soon a sign was put up; this place held the name "Deliverance of Eden".
But what's this? Posters of the place suddenly appeared around Cellsvich. Music note designs decorated the flyer. A picture of the place was at the bottom. It read:
Deliverance of Eden Presents Music Lives!
Come to the sanctuary over in West Cellsvich to watch the performances of local musicians and have a good time! Food and drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, will be served at the event.
We will be accepting sign-ups from anyone that wants to perform until the day before the event. Dancers, singers, and instrument players are all welcome! If you have a special performance in mind, please speak to Rosalina Novotny and she will be able to assist you.
The event starts on April 29th at 7 pm EST. It'll last for approximately two hours. Hope to see you there!

Potential Skill - Acid Flower
Tamaki Shuriken's Potential Skill. Unleashes a barrage of acid shurikens in all directions around you. If these hit an enemy, it performs a basic attack on them with a bonus to hit equal to Tamaki Shuriken's UL. Once it reaches its maximum distance or hits an enemy, it also creates a 2 range circle of Acid Pools and spawns a random flower at the location. These last for 5 rounds and have a LV equal to 1 + Tamaki Shuriken's UL.

The reason for this post is to address Shuriken, medium dagger weapons with ranged melee attacks. They're just amazing as a concept- that potential skill is aesthetically beautiful, even if not really a competitive skill itself. But, some major issues I see with this shuriken, and all of them in turn, are the following: The stat scalings do not really mesh all that amazingly. More in depth study of the mathematics of this weapon are below.
They tend to be high guile scaling daggers, and for criticals, that's a good thing- but running the math, and testing builds with them, this Tamaki Shuriken, with Dragon remains for additional power, max power UL, sharp, as well as divine, amounts to a total of 22 power. With fireblood remains, it amounts to 27- these values, for daggers, are certainly not terrible, but when you take a stat calculator and try to build around the weapon, the results are less than impressive: With soft capped strength and guile, considering both the inks for them, as well as all three strength traits, giving 48 Strength and 45 Guile, the SWA at the maximum power is 73. If dragon remains for the critical and hit bonuses, it drops down to 68 SWA. The math will be attached below.
These inherent weaknesses are only that much more difficult with the fact that, when dual wielding Shuriken, Dagger Dance will not trigger, even if in the attack range for the second Shuriken- you must be directly next to, behind, or in front of your attack target, negating the range benefit of the weapon. Given not only how low the SWA is after sacrificing the build of being a critical assassin and wasting 44 points (In my case, Grimalkin VA was used in the stat calculator to test this, as well as in-game) really gimps the weapon of it's usefulness as anything aside from a gimmick to be splashed into other builds. My closing point, as well as my suggestion, based on all the things mentioned above, is as follows: Shuriken need A: Better scalings that make them useful, and do not the player for trying to build around them and B: They could really, really benefit a lot from being an exception to Dagger Dance where, if both weapons are Shuriken, they will trigger a second attack in the proper range.
In conclusion: Just because it is not part of the current meta, doesn't mean it should be 100% unviable to be used, or left as-is. The weapon line of Shuriken need fixed, because a 7* having a max SWA range of 68-73, and even not triggering Dagger Dance instances, seems very underwhelming, and really doesn't make me wonder why you don't see more people using Shuriken.
{In-Character Information} A poster is attached to the many bulletin boards of Cellsvich, showing a small picture of a miniature dog and a basket of pastries next to it, as well as a building in Cellsvich. At the bottom part of the paper would be information regarding a certain bakery.
With Cellsvich's reconstruction, the Bakery will finally be back in business- but there's something new! Next to Pink(Risu)'s Pub is a bakery, recently made. The Bun-Bun Bakery has bought the building itself, in hopes of sparking new opportunities and spreading the love for pastries.
Be sure to come by! The Bakery offers a wide array of baked goods! It is also a great place to bring that special someone or your group of friends for a nice, relaxing day! That, and it's also a perfect place to meet new people!

With this, I'd like to say that I've already gotten permission from LatentSparrow and Chaos to use the new bakery.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but these two skills seem to conflict.
With Plisfa's Masochism active on the enemy, and they're in Cobra stance, I attacked them with a basic attack and they still dodged it. Is this supposed to be intentional, or no?
The New Cellsvich Asago building doesn't have the DISCer Chest or the Racial Board in it. Not really a bug but it I think this is the most relevant section for it.
As promised, here's a poll for some of the next updates that people would like to see. Note that a few things are absent from this list, notably a new class and the trait rework. The former, Ranger is still pretty new and I don't have the next class planned out at all, so I'd rather do some other stuff. The latter, I'm still writing down ideas for traits, and it's a fairly significant undertaking, since it requires new interfaces and such. It'll be coming, probably in the next few months, but I ask for your patience on it since it's not quite there yet.
Item Potentials - Adding new item potentials for some weapons.
Static Dungeon - Most likely an ice dungeon. Would involve some new enemies and items, maybe a new boss to go with it. I would probably also add a new random dungeon type for it, with 10* items for the enemies in it.
Donation Items/Cosmetic Stuff - More background and border types, some golden items. Potentially setting your preferred character color, which could change the color of somethings (character box at the top, maybe some skill visual effects if specific ones are requested and make sense).
New Talent Subpaths - A few new talent subpaths for existing talents. (Combat Drilling, Archery, Spiritualism, and Maintenance all have some ones in my big list. Some of these may tie into service stalls, however.)
Alstalsia Arena - A new arena that functions similar to the one on Sigrogana, in Alstalsia. Would involve a new arena shop and new items for purchase in it.
Battle Bonuses - New system where you can gain an additional modifier to EXP from battles by fulfilling certain conditions in battle. (For example, hitting an enemy weakness would give the Tactical modifier, which is a 5% bonus to the total EXP gained.)
Additional Class Skill/Playstyle Expansions - Similar to the new Grand Summoner skills, these would be skill expansions to existing classes, mostly with the intention to create unique synergies/playstyles within the class to promote build diversity and so on. Most likely would be for either Bonder or Void Assassin, but if people have a strong enough preference to a specific class, it can also be considered.
Enchanting Great Successes - Expanding on Enchanting great successes in some way. Could potentially give a special item quality, such as random unique bonuses that get overwritten when the item is enchanted again, or a special quality that makes the next enchantment on the weapon always succeed.
Sidequests - New sidequests, much like the quests that exist in the game right now.

Now, I'm not sure if this also applies to the 'old' player houses, but after claiming myself a house in the new Cellsvich, I clicked the door as usual to begin editing the banner, sign and whatnot. However, this is what I found.

So I'm not sure if this has been talked about before, or if it was a thing created by recent patches accidentally, but Mixed Martial Arts doesn't work for Ambidexterity anymore. Cause I have both equipped, fulfill the requirements, and my ripostes are from my main hand, not my sub.
Currently, Spears have a trait named Thin Thip that increases their power, and Swords have a trait called reliability that increases their hit.
Can we have those traits switched around, or at least the power/accuracy effects? Reliability means that spears only have 2.5 more accuracy than spears, and thin tip's effect isn't that spear-y. Every other talent plays items towards their strengths, such as Axe's +crit and Bow's +range
