Can we PLEASE get farming perms for houses so that other people besides the owner can dig holes, gather crops, water, etc etc?

I'll keep things brief for today.
So I've seen you make Gigantys' default material Dragon Remains. Mostly due to originating from a bone dragon/ Rex, right?
Why not make Razing Salamander's default material into Magmic? It originates from a Lava Slime and the weapon's attributes entirely help the Fire element too.

Being possessed with a White Spirit for the 'Hanging' skill (Black Knight) does not increase the skill's range to 6, despite the skill progression suggesting otherwise. (3/4/4/5/5)
Is this intentional?
EDIT: To save a Suggestions topic, if this is intentional then please reconsider.

Despite the description claiming that 'basic attacks' do the bonus damage based on weight, guard break, and cost 4M, basic attack skills using the Gigantys do none of those things. I'm pretty sure that's intentional, but in the interest of the weapon being a little better could it either:
A. Grant its same effects to basic-attack skills, but also increase their M cost like it does for the heavy swing.
OR
B. Not take the weight's to-hit penalty on basic-attack skills since they don't gain any of the weight benefits.
If neither, then at the very least could the description be changed to clarify that it replaces basic attack with the Heavy Swing skill so it's clear that basic-attack-skills won't receive these benefits?

Berserker shell gives you a flat 50 crit at 100% HP and it still scales to 100 crit the more HP you lose.

When I use Gain Air granted by the Winged Spear, and with the Custom Music Only setting on in preferences, it mutes the marching band's custom music from playing for the rest of the battle. I assume it has something to due with Gain Air's sound effect? Winged Spear's Gain Air doesn't even have a sound effect at all when I use it and don't have music playing.

I propose that spell thieves spell snatch ability steal the last spell cast rather than a random one in the huge, huge arsenal that a magic user would have.
1. This would make the spell thief actually dangerous against mages without having to rely on the very unreliable 'snatch spell' since it can only steal certain target spells.
2. Make spamming the same spell over and over dangerous against a spell thief.
Thoughts? Comments?

At the moment, the Precious Stone enchantment is still applied to weapons. It functions exactly the same to the -Heart series, so I would like to see it moved to Torso and Hands.
Also, I'd like equivalents for the other elements and corresponding stats, but that's another topic.
