  v2.51 [EVENT TOOLS] Titan Gale on Custom Mob not working properly

It used to work before, but now when the custom mob uses Titan Gale, no projectile will come out and no damage will be dealt. It however uses the skill.

Jumping up and down cliffs with Thorn Scratch equipped allows it to trigger on map areas.

This is funny as hell, but probably not intentional.

  v2.51 [EVENT TOOLS] Placeables/Animation menu not showing all options

If you open the Placeables or Animations menu, neither will show all possible options -unless- you close and re-open the menu several times. If you want to quickly test this, open the Placeables menu and look for "Armor Sign" - it will not be there until you close and re-open the menu as I explained.

As glancing blows still seem to cause people salt -even- though its intended as a way to bandaid some damage on a miss I suggest the following change.

If hit check 1 hits, its a hit, will always be a hit, no matter what

If hit check 1 misses, hit check 2 will be inspected, if hit check 2 hits, its a glance, if hit check 2 misses, its a miss.


This will make the Hit% readout always accurate, example if you have a 75% hit chance you will have a 75% of hitting, a roughly 18% to glance, and  a roughly 6% to miss.

For example, if we wanted to add the Demon Hunter Chaser skill to a mob, we would type Chaser in the skill search for the monster editor, and the only option available would be "Chaser".
  
The issue is that it only shows us Kinu's Chaser, which means the mob would be yelling EEIIIIYAAAAH and acting like Kinu's move which is not desired. Usually.
  
I don't know if there's a way to future-proof fix all possible issues at once, but here are the skills I've noticed this problem with in the skill searcher, so far:
  
-Retaliate (gives Kinu's Retaliate)
-Chaser (gives Kinu's Chaser)
-Solar Lance (gives Hugo's fake Solar Lance)
-Holy Arrow (gives Hugo's fake Holy Arrow that does Earth damage)
-Fir (gives the monster version of Fir)
-Explosion (gives the monster version of Explosion)
 
Perhaps it could be possible to add a filter that lets us search for Monster skills or Player skills specifically? Since sometimes the "copies" do have their uses.

  v2.51 [EVENT TOOLS] Spawning an encounter at the same time as someone else deletes it

If you and another person with Event Tools select the same encounter and spawn it on players around the same time(s), the encounter will bug out and lose its mobs. For example, if I made an encounter called DevMayCry and added three Kinus to it, and I started spawning that on players around the same times as someone else, the encounter would suddenly stop working because the mob file paths in it would be gone from its list.
   
This has actually happened during our public events and has caused problems before, but we weren't sure why until later. If I were to wager a guess, I'd say the encounter file is probably "corrupted" because of being accessed simultaneously...?

  v2.51 Elemental Augment damage is reduced on multi-round guns

Steps to reproduce: 
1: Equip a spirit hunter rifle (unfortunately did not test with other guns)
2: Equip kraken, elemental augment (and auto-enchant)
3: In battle, attack an enemy with the rifle
4: Observe damage of elemental augment

Result: The damage is divided by the amount of rounds, even though it only does one instance. In addition, the damage is reduced by armor, which means it usually just does zero damage in pvp.

I'm assuming this was an oversight from the gun changes. It only does one instance now yet still divides it.

Request Type - Character Height 

Request Details - Height of 7'5" ft (5 inches over the 'general soft cap for height.)

Reason why you're making this request (if applicable) - The character is a manmade creation, the creator's goal intending it to be useable as a weapon of war. Therefore a towering height would support this concept.

Roleplay & Lore Supporting Your Request - 
I'm paraphrasing a bit. But this character was created with the focus of their design being to have them used as a weapon of war and a soldier. A tall creature would definitely strike fear in their opponent's hearts.
