Laplace Net requests while overencumbered |

As the topic suggests, I would like to see a quality of life improvement where you can turn in Laplacenet requests while overencumbered. Players currently have to plan their LE out either through inventory bingo or relying on friends or mercenaries to get them a few levels so they may turn in their Black Blood requests and jump up in levels. The buff that allows you to move after LEing does not help turning in Laplacenet requests, so this would be another wonderful QoL addition.

The Fluid Fluer |

As it stands Fluer is a take it or die kind of passive, and often times builds will use it and then not even care about what they do with the rest of their turn, crit and just auto hit twice or use a skill to flee ect and it's part of something that makes kiting as melee extremely...present.
What if, say, instead of giving you 2m on a crit, it gave you normal momentum but gave one crit momentum reset, where you can crit and gain 1 more momentum, advocating the idea of a more fluid combat style and keeping the result the same for actually embracing the duelist spirit and adrenaline, it won't get rid of the possibility of kiting with side cut or anything but it'll make it harder to just walk up to someone and still get two actions against them.

Talent Rework Idea |

So often times you end up with extra points in certain parts of the talent system with the way it's set up currently, so perhaps instead of investing into certain sub trees, we could invest into the main tree and distribute from there?
But like with talents that expect 1.5or 2 stat points per investment use .5 per investment
Here's an example
Packrat and Preperation both cost 1.5, concealment cost 2
I only actually need 15 points in them, where each one has an extra point due to the way the current system works, which could be efficiently done where all talents draw from a main talent, survival.
Maybe use more points per 1.5 point talents but that'd be about 7.5, maybe more if you make it cost more for 1.5's as opposed to the 11 talent points spent with extra wasted talent points.
Not every build needs so many but some could use a better efficiency spread, I'd also like it if we had more talents but that's a topic for another day.

Triple Threat Ascension |

I think it'd be really cool if the ascension for the dragon trio (Haku/Chun/Hatsu) was a Hydra transformation, fusing them all together into a three headed dragon. I was hoping my suggestion thread would be considered one day if they are ever given ascension forms.
The idea of it alone is enough for me to express how greatly I'd want this regardless of how it was implemented, I also thought up some skill changes/additions that may be considered for this ascension under the spoiler tag.
Alright thanks for reading, I hope other people like the idea too.

Agility Intensified 2 [Cursed Thread of Winged Serpent] |

I'm back at it again. Winged Serpent is the target this time. Can only be used when airborne, lets you go 1-6 tiles in any cardinal direction. 7 with spirits. Costs 10 FP. 0m initially. 1 Turn Cooldown. Pretty cool, right?
But, me being me, have decided that this too is an irregular case. Cobra overall benefits the agile and tricky. Who's overly fat in Devil May Cry that can move as fast without being a literal demon themselves? That's right. Exactly. Okay, there's a few but still.
So here's what i'm gonna go for. Winged Serpent becomes a 1 SP skill but has a range equal to Scaled CEL/12 + 2 . That's it. Should help with the whole "the fast people get the fast benefits" while still having the cool value. Means you have a minimum of 3 range, and a realistic total of 7. It's no longer spirit-enabled, and you get more SP for DH.
Where's the loss? Pretty cool, right? Let's discuss.
As always, don't care if it gets in or not. I just like my thematics, baby.
tl;dr pls make dh have more sp to use and also make winged serpent not as easily usable on fat people thx

Agility Intensified [Cursed Thread of Agile Accel] |

Heh. People thought I wouldn't suggest such a powerful thing. Yet. I'm here, to suggest the most power thing of all.
Agile Accel. You know about that? 1m Movement, costs 15 FP, gives you linear 5 Range Movement but makes you take unresistable (the correct term is still irresistible probably) fire damage that stacks if you keep abusing it during overheat hours?
Give up a foot slot on a mech for this POWERFUL strength? Yeah. That Agile Accel.
So a thought came up to me. Now, this might be a strong stretch, yeah. Haven't heard too much on this in a while but. What if we make it so Agile Accel had some kinda soft cap and hard cap system in order to make it more agility-oriented?
Based on your Battle Weight, of course. Soft Cap can be something like, i'unno. 20 or 25. If you go over this, Overheating gains Double the LV with each usage of Agile Accel.
Hard Cap can be like 35-40. Where if you go over this amount, it just outright won't work since you're too heavy to move in such an agile manner.
Likewise, to compensate for this. Agile Accel can get a change that either
A: Makes it a 1-4 Range Tile Target move in general rather than a 5 Line Movement move
or
B: Makes it a 1-6 Range Line Movement Move rather than a 5 one.
or
C: Make it so it scales its range with your CEL. Starts at 1 Tile and then gets +1 per 10 Scaled CEL. So 50 Scaled CEL gives you 1+ 50/10 = 6 Range on your Agile Accel. Could also just make it some shit like MOV/3 + 1 Range Per 30 Scaled CEL.
Something like that. Just thinking up some stuff since, it feels jarring seeing some mechs being super heavy but still super mobile solely due to a lack of foot slot, y'know? If making Mobile Walls of Death was that easy, sometimes you gotta wonder what Karaten is doing up there in secret.
Either way, another one of those 'don't care if it gets in or not but is rather just a suggestion that just so happens to be balance related' kind of deals. So go nuts.
tl;dr i want agile people to be more agile, pls make too much fat cripple agile accel usability and buff it for otherwise agile ppl thx
