  Crippled but still useful
Posted by: Autumn - 11-29-2017, 05:16 AM - Forum: Bug Reports - Replies (1)

Cripple arm doesn't seem to stop the secondary effects of your shield/glove slot even though I'm almost certain it did in the past (http://www.neus-projects.net/viewtopic.p...mp;p=10669)

For example, cripple arm will not prevent the recoil of fang faced shield, it will not prevent you from gaining charges from lightning damage with conversion gloves. etc.

I remember it doing these in the past though and thats what I've put it up as a bug report.

  Never-ending Second Phase
Posted by: Ranylyn - 11-29-2017, 03:21 AM - Forum: Bug Reports - Replies (1)

Phase 2 of the Mountain Beast Battles does not end.

Everyone on the tiles? Nope. Everyone dead? Nope.

The only escape is to have the leader flee.

  Spooky Cherry Blossom
Posted by: Snake - 11-29-2017, 03:07 AM - Forum: Suggestions - Replies (2)

Dunno if it's intentional or not, but the Cherry Blossom keeps phasing in and out like Phase Python, and the deploying animation is way too slow, it contrasts how 'quick and agile' a Ranger should be, aside consuming a few extra seconds of watching some ghost tree appear, in prolonged fights.

I dislike the current animation, and at how the tree stands idle, and with that thought...

I've tried making an icon that's fast and cool-looking (but not really, I'm still bad at it): http://www.neus-projects.net/viewtopic.p...532#p29522

  Unspooked Cherry Blossom
Posted by: Snake - 11-29-2017, 03:06 AM - Forum: Submissions - No Replies

Here's what I 'think' Cherry Blossom should be like, animation-wise.

It's not great, but as always, I allow anyone who's better than me to just improve the icon and repost it here. It's all for the greater good of not having to wait around 6 seconds of animation.

  Mercalan Mist
Posted by: Autumn - 11-28-2017, 02:29 PM - Forum: Balance Fu - Replies (12)

The HP regen on Mercalan Mist used to be fairly potent and worth throwing out, since everyone's health and damage has astronomically gone up since the days of pre-GR it almost seems irrelevant, the hp regen itself that is, I think that Mercalan Mist's biggest redeeming factor is the lightning weakness it provides for the most part, for this reason I think that Mercalan Mist's HP regen should be bumped up to Rank*4 or Rank*5 HP per turn instead of Rank*2.

The center tile of Setting Sun is dense. Since the ability is up in the air, I doubt this is intention.

  Dullahan Class Unlocking
Posted by: SirMcSlushy - 11-26-2017, 10:37 AM - Forum: Bug Reports - Replies (3)

I remember this being an issue before with unarmored, but for example.. I'm a Dullahan with at least 20 levels in Archer and have it as my main class, wearing a Roughspan Tunic, am using a Bow in my Main Hand, and won a fight versus various enemies.

It didn't unlock Ranger for me, but funnily enough it did unlock Arbalest, because of the whole 'always considered to be wearing heavy armor' thing.
I imagine this is a bug since I think you're suppolsed to still be able to unlock them, i'd hope.

  Not-So-Stylish
Posted by: Inconspicuous Kitty - 11-26-2017, 01:58 AM - Forum: Bug Reports - Replies (3)

Meditate and Sheathe sword do not get a decreased momentum requirement in Stylish dungeons.

And while probably not a bug, High-Speed Divine Word invocations cannot be casted twice in the same round, rendering HSDW useless in stylishes - it'd be nice if this wasn't the case, only with HSDW active.

  [QUE] Ranger Spell Icon effects
Posted by: Snake - 11-25-2017, 09:37 PM - Forum: Bug Reports - Replies (2)

When a spell is used in Ranger, only the damage effect appears. For example, I used Frost Arrow and the enemy just took the damage with no extra fluff (Like an arrow of ice zapping from you to the enemy, for instance).

Is it a lack of icons? Want us to make you more for it?

  Exotic Weapon Mastery
Posted by: Autumn - 11-25-2017, 12:00 PM - Forum: Suggestions - Replies (12)

A talent for the weaponry subpath for weapons that are foreign and have special quirks to them, this weapon path would mostly apply to tomes, throwing weaponry (Shurikens subtypes and Javelin), fans, whips and clubs

Since each of these weapons have Balance and Adapation through their respective weaponry trees, for the most part this talent path would be ticks for special perks each of the weapons get.

Critical Thinking: Tomes gain SR*3 Hit and Critical. (5 sub-ranks max)

Strong Arm: Increases throwing range of throwing weapons/Shuriken type weapons by SR*1 (3 sub-ranks max)

Fan Dancer: After attacking with a fan, gain SR*3 evade until your next turn (5 sub-ranks max)

Sadistic: Whip type weapons gain SR*2 Power per debuff your target has. (3 sub-ranks max)

Bruising: Clubs have an increased chance of causing Fracture injuries, additionally you gain SR*2 hit towards targets you've already hit this round.(5 sub-ranks max)

I appreciate any feedback/ideas, though I think the talent should only extend to the listed weapon types, most of anything else already gets bonuses from certain skills.
