  I wish to just be able to play

Hello,
I'm writing this for I would like to be able to play a character of mine which a admin have said I'm not allow to. I when told to stop playing him, stopped and then just left the game to find a new picture for this character. But I been searching for a while now and I can't find one that matches the character as well as my previous look, and well it just kinda make me not want to bother with the game at all since I will lose all the progess I made on him on someone I picked up to get back in to the game.
The character in question looks like ryman which is a silly design I know but he a silly character. His race is a robotic and the justification for his design is he got magnetic limbs, since magnets making stuff float is part of the game already so tried to make him fit with it as such. His silly design I also thought would be ok for he is a robot so would be build as the creator saw fit.
I get the design is silly for this character but I really do feel like with time to reflect on it, it not game breaking in it design. This is a world with butterfly people, plant people, robots and liches so I just do truly feel like he alright in a world like this which is meant to be fanstey.

I wanted to try and reach a admin and thought this would be the best place for it. If not let me know and I will move this.

  [QUE] Missing paper charm?

I have not seen a protective paper charm drop yet, nor has anyone I've spoken to, is there with certainty that the item is dropping correctly? Could there be a material error as its implied to drop in paper? (Or I could be completely wrong and it drops in metal)

  Enchanting Idea

I want to suggest adding a 2nd enchant onto gear!
Weather this is limited to weapons or armor, Idk.
As the first thought i'm sure you all are having regarding this, I plan to suggest a draw back as well.

This is what i'm thinking...
It'd be pretty neat to see two enchantments on a single weapon or piece of armor, Like a Giant Rampage weapon for example, Or a +Resist/critevade armor.

Now for the drawback, It'll have half of the original effect.
As for how the game will register which enchantment gets the nerf, You'll need to change the enchantment table a little bit. When applying a catalyst, Instead there will be two slots now, One labeled Primary, One labeled Sub.
On the Weapon it self, It'll need some tweaking as well but i'm sure it's doable.

If this goes through, I was thinking of making this type of feature only doable by the Zeran race since they have the +1 enchantment perk. We all know that perk is barely utilized since practically every race can do any profession, But since this would be unique and a difficult task to accomplish...It would even play into their Ego that they typically have.

I just think it'd be nice to have that extra layer of depth to equipment variaety.
With a sub-chant slot at half effect as well, We might start seeing less used enchantments start getting used more.

If this does go through, How does this Impact PVE!?
Well, it's pretty easy if you got a good build as it is, This will just make it even easier.
I'm not really sure how to suggest a way to counter this, But perhaps have random enemies be Enchanted Starting from level 30 and above. Like giving foes leviathan to make them a bit more difficult, Like the Mutation(Assassin, Steel for ex.)

  Tactician - Arcane Formation does not effect youkai spell power

Arcane Formation will not effect magical spells from youkai both that are evoked and from the youkai itself if you are standing in Arcane Formation or have it filled.

Magical spells from other classes such as mage will effect your spell power however.

Right now, performance rating is simply an annoyance for any dedicated tactician because all it requires is a small AOE that wasn't even targeted towards the tactician to kill his rank and rather puts them in a bad spot in a teamfight

maybe make it so it has to be 10%+ hp damage dealt to lower a rank?

Or better yet, make it so the tactician himself needs to be the targeted one to cause a rank drop if the damage is great enough. AKA, They hit him with the basic attack/spell/etc.

Can we make their scaling consistent as in:
30% Str, 30%Ski, 40% Elemental stat?

But at the very least, can Yukijin atleast not get the same scaling than the fire/str elemental Katana? It really hurts my soul.

I believe 70% Ski on the Ice katana isn´t overbearing. But I am also fine with a simple Scaling number swap aka 60%Ski 40% Str but the "Correct" scaling to follow with the other Jins would be:
Kouenjin: 70% Str 30% Ski
Yukijin: 70% Ski 30% Str

Would raise the oldest brother, Yukijin, on around the same level as Raijin. Right now it´s just the odd one of them.

The weapon effect is way too good for a weapon with also 100% weapon scaling and also being a sword and thus enabled for 2h.

One of two things needs to change about this weapon.

The weapon effect or the scaling

I'd say start off with making Narcus 70% STR scaling and thats it, hell this is the level Excel weapons generally roam around and they do fine because of the weapon effect.
