  Town Battle Map

Currently, when you fight Black Beasts it puts you in a battle map according to the location you are actually in. How about having this for all fights that happen in towns such as:

1. Cellsvich
2. Dormeho
3. Tannis
4. Alstalsia
5. Chaturanga
6. Karaten
7. Oniga
8. Lispool
9. Law's End

I think it would be a nice effect.

Can player houses have the trees from the map? I mostly just want a Conifer model that does not have decorations but the rest would be nice too. The Icons exist I am not sure how viable converting them is.

Hello! I've been working on icons that people have requested to be in-game!
I'll warn that the DMI's contain previews inside them so that you can see for yourself if
they line up well enough with the male/female icons. They can be simply deleted after viewing.

Many of the icons are grayscale for easy recoloring!

New Female Underwear Base

I hope some of these are up to standard enough and get in-game. I plan to take on more requests I had gotten but I wanted to send out what I had first before it got out of hand.

Wild Dice

Instead of controlling lady luck, some Redtails thrive better in letting her control them and live by her rules. You can no longer use Red Dice, Yellow Dice or Green Dice racial skills, instead, one will be randomly selected when the round starts. Also increases your base Dice LV equal to 25% of Scaled LUC.

All or Nothing
Requires 40 base Sanctity and Wild Dice.

Some are blessed by extremities. During a turn where your roll a 'wild 6', the effects are put to extreme. (+777). The same happens to bad luck, though. When you roll a 'wild 0'. They receive -777 instead, and lose 2M immediately. (Red = Hit/Crit, Yellow = Evade/CritEvade, Green = Inflict/Resist).

Omina

Your curse, most of the time, is solely focused on people who wants to do you bad. Omina's Curse no longer drains every round start. Instead, it drains only from enemies who you Evade or proc Evasion against, and the amount of Unluck gained is doubled.

Fox Hater
Requires 40 base Sanctity

Why are they always so fluffy and lucky while you're the blackest sheep? You had enough. While you are fighting with a Redtail in your party, or the enemy party if they are under the effects of your Luck Syphon, they will never be able to roll a fox dice higher than 4. (It will be rerolled immediately until it meets the right condition.)

Temporary Truce
Requires Fox Hater

Even if you hate them, sometimes you have to work together... Ally Redtails are not affected by enemy Luck Syphon (yours or enemy's), and in exchange for your good will, you gain a randomized amount of LUC per Redtail in your party on the start of every round, equal to (Xd5, X = Redtail amount).

  A Vile Substance

Reports have been made of strange puddles of something luminous blue in color spread throughout the land of Sigrogana, often in locations like forests and mountains. All who have come into contact with these puddles without maintaining distance seem to have fallen gravely ill, either falling into comatose or falling into madness until cured. All reports come with a feeling of dread - most victims report feeling watched when they encountered such a puddle.

Lately, animals covered in the goop have been found inching ever closer to the city of Cellsvich - but almost all of these animals are found as living corpses, or die shortly after being found, only to reanimate soon after. Seems something sinister is disturbing the wildlife...


Friday, 21st February, 10:30PM GMT - An event will take place in the forest near Cellsvich. Feel free to get involved, but I make one request - don't come here expecting PvP. If possible, I'd personally like to avoid it. There are some things I can't properly convey with mechanics here (and on short notice won't have any GMs to make mobs so PvE is out too) - plus, I just don't find PvP based plot fun. That means it'll be all RP based! Coming here means you also consent to (not death) possibly being inflicted with the symptoms mentioned up there.

If you want to be involved in some way, get in touch at Appo#5466 and I'll see if I can bring you on board in some way (provided we mesh, that's important)

Relent gales knockdown effect does not knock the person you move, but rather the carrier of the status.

Knockback works fine, but knockdown does not.

How to replicate - Enchant yourself with Relent Gale, use Astral Gravity, or Galren Isendo + magnetize pull.

(Don't know if it helps, but it has been an issue for quite a while already, thought it was reported! )

  Frigid Depths Tournament (15th)

This tournament will feature ring-out rules related to the moat in the new arena created.

Anyone curious is invited to visit the Awateru Estate ahead of time to study the arena.

Healing potions are no longer allowed. This rule will probably be changed for future tournaments depending on the format.

Mercana is no longer allowed. This rule will continue for all future tournaments.

The total prize pot: 800 Asagos.

(West Cellsvich District, ICly out of town)
(The ring out rules will be 'if you end your TURN (not the round) on a water tile, you will have to abscond to the corner of the map until your team has lost all members due to ring out or being KOed. We'll see how this goes.)

  Dead Content - Recycle and/or remove

So I had noticed around the game, it is littered with dead content. Not counting cities of course, but I'm taking about features. Some areas of the game are not used due to the low reward value, or just in general, static to one locaion.

Here's some of my suggestions to fix some of this dead content

Oniga Casino
So the Oniga Casino always seems to be barren. No one ever goes in them, and the games there are not played at all. I suggest that maybe, the casino cna be revitalize wit better rewards, or removing the Casino Coins system and replace it with betting Murai and Asagos. Why Asagos? Asagos act as like bank notes of that sort, as 100 Asagos = 10k or something like that. They can be worth quite a bit depending on who you sell them to. I think honestly it'd be pretty clever to use that with Casino Coins or have a different vender exchange casino coins for Asagos as a wager.

Either that, or have certain locations for Cainos. Maybe if some Kingdoms have it illegal, make it an underground place or have us do games in camps. It would be a good idea to do that.

Static Minigames
Many if not all of the Minigames like Yenten are dead content. I know you can move around Archery targets, but you can't own a deck of cards? To be honest, I think the deck of cards should be reused and have a multi game option like crazy 8s, poker, Yenten, Solitary, etc. And you can challenge people to these card games too if you have a deck of playing cards in your inventory, or form a game in a group. Party spreads out and all that if it's a 4 player game. I think it would be a great little fun thing.

Treasure Maps
I know I'm gonna get some hate here, but Treasure Maps don't feel as rewarding as they should. I always notice how the maps are always leading to very similar locations and yield the same rewards.

I suggest we should have instead, different tiers of maps, and label them, maybe have more steps, and go around asking different NPCs for hints.

For example, in the MMO, RuneScape, a similar feature known as Treasure Trails is where you follow hints to find the casket which contains treasure. Every roll yields treasure that is only worth 1 coin, to extremely rare and really good treasure worth over hundreds of billions of coins. Very easy clues to treasure are basic steps such as talking to NPCs and solving very simple riddles and tells you to go to a certain location to search, but the harder clues involve using a sextant and chart and watch, and using special equipment to find it. Some will even have combat encounters guarding the treasure, with master clues being challenging bosses.

In SL2, A similar approach could be added, with some treasure hiding in a certain BDP? The difficulty ranges can vary from whichever npc drops maybe stating at level 10 dungeons so newbies won't get a map so easily! Drop rolls can include new rewards, which can range from super junk, to junk 10*s to extremely useful items and amazing 10*s. Oh, and these new maps and such can also challenge your Pathfinder talent, maybe have it so the very hard ones dropped in a higher level dungoen won't show or something?

These are just three examples I can think of that could become alive again. Any other dead content you think needs to be rid of or revamped? Let me know!

  Vile Helmet not vile enough

Currently: +5 Acid Attack

I'd really like to see a buff happen for this helmet. For an 8* item it doesn't feel in league with the others at all. It's the least used if not at all in comparison to DK Helmet and Snake Helmet. Therefore I suggest tacking on something like +5 Guile or +2-3 Guile +10% crit damage in addition to the +5 acid attack.

  Buff DMIs (Yet Another DMI Post)

Art is nice. Finding a lot of art for your character? REALLY nice. Then you go and make your DMI however you do it, you do you, no judging from me if you prefer to use MS Paint over Photoshop. And then you go and try and make it annnddd it's way too big for the game.

I feel like the 256kb file limit is very, extremely constraining for people who find a lot of good art and can't use it (like me, sometimes). The most I've ever gotten in a DMI was like... 80 something, and even then, most of the quality icons that I spent a while edited turned out to be way way WAY worse than the original, from either colors becoming grainy or overall quality loss from compression (and re-compression).

Can we at the very least double our arbitrary DMI file size? If at all it's possible? 512kb would be way more generous, and it's not even a full megabyte.
